Enjoy a break from your regular routine and come 'shimmy' the night away. Have the chance to meet other ladies from your area and find a new, exciting way to get some movement into your life! All ages, sizes and skill levels are welcome!
Classes in Westbrook
Mixed Level Class- Tuesdays
May 28 - June 2
6pm - 7pm
This class is set up for any level dancer - beginner to experienced. We will work on techniques, including improv as well as learning choreography. We will delve deeper into some of the moves and there will be plenty of variety to make things as challenging as you'd like. One extra bonus for this class - the studio space is at Meow Lounge - so we will be dancing with kitties! The class helps support local shelters by offering a free foster home space for adoptable cats. www.meowcatlounge.com
Get the chance to meet other ladies in the area, and have fun while you get some exercise. A great way to learn how to be proud of your belly, no matter the size, all women are beautiful! Lots of fun and open to all ages.
This will be a 6 week session - the price is $120 for the full session or $25 for drop-in.
